§1 Applicability to entrepreneurs and definitions

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a customer in the version valid at the time of the order.

(5) Orders are placed by the customer via email, explicitly stating the order based on the present offer. These General Terms and Conditions form the basis of the order. We accept the order bindingly upon sending an order confirmation.

(6) We store the customer's data, as well as all customer correspondence.


§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date

(1) The prices quoted include statutory VAT and other price components. Shipping costs may be added.

(2) The customer has the option of paying by bank transfer.


§4 Delivery

(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for immediate shipment. Delivery will take place within 5 working days at the latest. The delivery period begins, in the case of payment in advance, on the day after the payment order is issued to the bank responsible for the transfer, and in the case of all other payment methods, on the day after the contract is concluded. If the last day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the delivery location, the period ends on the next working day.
(2) In the case of a sale involving shipment, the risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the goods sold shall not pass to the buyer until the goods are handed over to the buyer.

§5 Retention of Title
