Moss mats are made from flexible industrial felt with open edges for seamless transitions. This makes moss mats suitable for creating moss surfaces of any size, on flat and curved surfaces, for walls, ceilings or other objects.

Moss mats are classified as non-flammable according to DIN EN 13501-1:2010-01. Corresponding certificates for approvals under building regulations are supplied with the goods.

Moss mats can be laid like carpet tiles.
Moss mats are attached using MDF hook-and-loop wall mounts. These mounts consist of 3mm thick, flexible MDF boards the size of the moss mat. One side of each board is coated with hook-and-loop fasteners. The mounts are screwed onto an existing substructure. The moss mats are then simply pressed onto the hook-and-loop surface. A strong bond is immediately formed upon contact with the fluffy felt mat (the backing material for the moss).

The moss wall stand consists of steel bars and posts in matt black. The size of a stand module is 285x224x90cm (wxhxd). The modules can be extended in width as required and in height by two modules up to a height of 672cm .
No tools are required for assembly.
The individual parts are simply plugged together.
The moss wall stand is packed together with the moss mats or moss modules in transport boxes measuring 240x200x100cm (wxhxd). The weight of the box can be up to 900kg, depending on the contents.
